Our practice utilizes ClientCare, an electronic health record (EHR) which is secured and HIPPA compliant. As a client of My Mindful Birth, you can remotely access your chart via the ClientCare App portal, review your lab results and ultrasound reports, access educational handouts, view your upcoming appointments, and exchange messages with us. Once you establish care with us, we will send you a link to connect to the ClientCare portal and have you fill out your information on line.
